While we are not an extended stay hotel, we do occasionally negotiate rates for guests based on length of stay. These are determined on a case by case basis and have certain restrictions and policies that go along with them.
For guests staying longer than one week, we require that the room that they are staying in is serviced by housekeeping a minimum of twice a week. Guests can schedule times with the front desk for when service would be most convienient.
Because these rates are based on the length of stay, if the guest checks out prior to their scheduled departure date, they would have all the rates revert back to standard rates and would be responsible for the difference.
